We are committed to delivering excellence in wound care, utilizing cutting-edge technologies and innovative techniques to promote swift healing and minimize discomfort. Our team of skilled professionals is dedicated to providing compassionate care tailored to each individual's unique needs.
Our treatments boast an impressive success rate, offering reliable wound care for even the most challenging wounds.
We understand the importance of affordability and accessibility. This no-cost to patient treatment may be covered by most Medicare and Medicaid coverage plans.
From initial assessment to ongoing support, we provide comprehensive care every step of the way, guiding patients towards complete healing and improved quality of life.
Central to our success is the utilization of advanced technology skin grafts. These innovative grafts harness the latest advancements in medical science to accelerate the wound care process and promote tissue regeneration. By leveraging these state-of-the-art treatments, we're able to offer our patients unparalleled results, even for wounds that have proven difficult to heal through traditional methods.
In-home treatment, also known as home-based care, refers to medical services and procedures that are delivered directly to a patient's residence rather than in a hospital, clinic, or other medical facility. At Care For Your Wounds, our in-home treatment means that our team of expert nurses and physicians brings advanced wound care services directly to the homes of our patients who are covered by Medicare.
Your wound care physician may prescribe some of these therapies:
>>Debridement (removal of dead or damaged tissue)
>>Specially chosen dressings and wraps
>>Bio-engineered tissue substitutes.
No out of pocket costs to the patient. Our advanced wound treatments are covered by Medicare Part B and Medicaid.
The patient must also have been struggling with the wound for at least 30 days and tried conservative wound treatment with their doctor.
